3. Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or other devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
You acknowledge that PeerLaunchPad.com is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. PeerLaunchPad.com and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
4. Children Under Thirteen
PeerLaunchPad.com does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use PeerLaunchPad.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
5. Membership Fees & Refund Policy
5.1 Membership Tiers PeerLaunchPad.com offers various membership tiers to suit different user needs. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove membership tiers at our discretion. Current primary tiers include:
Standard Affiliate (Free): No monthly subscription fee is required.
Founding Member (Paid): Access to premium features and higher commission rates requires a recurring subscription fee.
Additional Tiers: We may introduce other membership levels with unique benefits, pricing, and obligations. Specific terms for these tiers will be provided at the time of subscription.
5.2 Paid Subscription Fees
Standard Rate: The standard monthly subscription fee is $35.00 per month.
Promotional Rate: We may offer a promotional rate of $25.00 per month. If you subscribe at this promotional rate, your price is “locked in” and will remain $25.00 per month for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Price Reversion: If you cancel your subscription or if your payment fails and your subscription lapses, you forfeit the promotional lock-in rate. Any future reactivation of your account will be subject to the then-current standard subscription rate (currently $35.00/mo).
By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
5.3 Cancellation Policy Users may cancel their paid subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
5.4 No Refunds Subscription fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Users will not be reimbursed for any portion of the subscription fee already paid for the period in which they cancel. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final. Exception: Refunds may be issued in special circumstances at the sole discretion of PeerLaunchPad.com.
5.5 Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you. Note: This clause does not affect accounts with active “Locked In” promotional rates as defined in Section 5.2, provided such accounts remain in good standing.
5.6 Third-Party Payment Processors We use third-party services (such as Stripe or PayPal) to process payments. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by their separate Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any errors, holds, or delays caused by these third-party processors.
6. Links to Third Party Sites
PeerLaunchPad.com may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of PeerLaunchPad.com and we are not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. Visibility for Opportunities: Making your public content accessible to third parties (including potential investors, partners, or the community). Note: While we provide the platform for visibility, we do not act as an agent, broker, or representative for you or your ideas.
Technical Adaptation: Reformatting or resizing content (e.g., logos, images) to ensuring it displays correctly across different devices and browsers. We will not substantively modify your core idea or business text without your permission.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site.
7.3 Feedback & Unsolicited Submissions If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the improvement or development of the PeerLaunchPad.com platform itself (e.g., new features, design changes), or if you send us unsolicited business proposals, you acknowledge that we own such feedback/proposals and may use them for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. This clause distinguishes such submissions from the User Content you post on your public page (which remains yours).
7.4 Publicity License You grant PeerLaunchPad.com the right to use your name, company name, logo, and a screenshot of your public profile in our own marketing materials (e.g., “Featured Creators,” “Success Stories”) to demonstrate the use of our Service. You may opt out of this publicity right by emailing support@peerlaunchpad.com.

8. Affiliate Program
PeerLaunchPad.com offers a Single-Level Affiliate Program that allows users to earn commissions by referring subscribers to the platform. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
8.1 Commission Structure Commission rates are determined by your active Membership Tier at the time of the referral. We reserve the right to introduce new tiers with variable commission rates. Commission structures are not guaranteed indefinitely and may be modified for future referrals. Current standard rates are:
Standard Affiliate (Free Account): Earn $2.50 for each active subscriber you directly refer.
Founding Member (Paid Account): Earn $5.00 for each active subscriber you directly refer.
Other Tiers: Future or promotional account types may carry different commission rates, which will be specified in the plan details.
8.2 Payment Schedule & Technology Disclaimer Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for all active subscribers who have been subscribed for a full 30 days. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.
Technology Disclaimer: PeerLaunchPad.com is not responsible for commissions that are not tracked due to the user’s browser settings, cookie blocking, ad blockers, anti-tracking software, or failure to properly use the affiliate link. We track commissions based solely on the data reported by our system. If the system does not register the sale, no commission is owed.
8.3 Commission Clawbacks Commissions are paid only on valid, non-refunded transactions. If a referred subscriber requests a refund, issues a chargeback, or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent or invalid for any reason, PeerLaunchPad.com reserves the right to deduct (claw back) the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s current or future earnings.
8.4 Eligibility & Restrictions
Platform Registration (GoAffPro): To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must register through our third-party affiliate management partner, GoAffPro. The unique registration link is available within the “My Page” section of your user dashboard. Failure to register with GoAffPro will result in an inability to track referrals or accrue commissions. We are not responsible for untracked referrals caused by failure to register.
Documentation & Onboarding: To start earning and receiving commissions, you must complete all required tax forms (e.g., W-9), banking details, and related profile information within the GoAffPro portal. These forms are accessible via your affiliate dashboard. Failure to complete these steps may prevent commission accrual or payment.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Affiliate Program and receive financial payouts. Minors (13-17) may use the Site but are ineligible for affiliate commissions.
Geographic Requirement: Participation in the Affiliate Program is strictly limited to legal residents of the United States of America. Users residing outside the U.S. may use the platform but are ineligible to earn commissions.
Active Account Requirement: All affiliates must maintain an active account in good standing.
Paid Status Requirement: To qualify for the Founding Member ($5.00) commission rate, you must maintain an active paid subscription. If your paid subscription lapses, your commission rate will revert to the Standard Affiliate ($2.50) rate for all future payouts.
Self-Referrals Prohibited: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a subscription for yourself or for any entity you control. Commissions earned on self-referrals will be voided.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws (including FTC disclosure guidelines) and must not engage in fraudulent activity.
8.5 Dormancy & Forfeiture If your affiliate account remains inactive (no new logins, referrals, or clicks) for a period of 12 consecutive months, or if your accrued balance is below the minimum payout threshold ($20.00) for more than 12 months, we reserve the right to mark the account as dormant and forfeit any accrued, unpaid commissions.
8.6 Termination PeerLaunchPad.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.
8.7 Forfeiture for Breach In the event that your affiliate account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, spamming (violation of the CAN-SPAM Act), self-referrals, harassment, or material violations of our Community Standards, you immediately forfeit all accrued, unpaid commissions. The determination of whether a violation has occurred shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of PeerLaunchPad.com.
8.8 Relationship of Parties (Independent Contractor) You and PeerLaunchPad.com are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, employment, representative, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You are solely responsible for all taxes, including income taxes and self-employment taxes, arising from your commissions.
8.9 Right to Offset PeerLaunchPad.com reserves the right to deduct any amounts owed by you to us (including but not limited to overpayments, clawbacks, chargeback fees, or damages) from any current or future commissions or payments owed to you.

The arbitration shall take place in Hillsborough County, Florida. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

16.5 No Waiver No failure or delay by PeerLaunchPad.com in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.
16.6 Equitable Relief You acknowledge that a breach of the “Intellectual Property,” “Prohibited Conduct,” or “User Obligations” sections of these Terms may cause irreparable damage to PeerLaunchPad.com for which monetary damages would be inadequate. Therefore, in addition to any other remedies available at law, PeerLaunchPad.com shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief without the necessity of posting a bond.
16.7 Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Peer Launch Pad Disclosures
Website: peerlaunchpad.com Last Updated: January 1, 2026
Welcome to Peer Launch Pad
At Peer Launch Pad, we believe in full transparency and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Below, you’ll find important disclosures regarding our platform, membership fees, earnings structure, and your participation in our network. This document supplements our Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Fee
To participate in the Peer Launch Pad platform, members pay a monthly membership fee.
Standard Rate: $35.00 per month.
Promotional Rate: $25.00 per month.
Note: This promotional rate is “locked in” for as long as you maintain a continuous, active subscription. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, you may forfeit this rate.
This fee grants access to:
Peer Launch Pad tools and resources.
The community network.
The affiliate program designed to help you earn by referring others.
2. Referral Program and Compensation Structure
Peer Launch Pad operates on a Standard Affiliate Program. You are compensated solely for the new members you directly introduce to the platform.
Commission Rates by Account Type
Your earning potential per referral is determined by your specific Membership Status at the time of the referral:
Standard Affiliate (Free Account): You earn $2.50 for every new member you directly refer who activates a paid subscription.
Founding Member (Paid Account): You earn $5.00 for every new member you directly refer who activates a paid subscription.
(Important: To qualify for the “Founding Member” commission rate, you must maintain an active paid subscription. If your paid subscription lapses, your commission rate effectively reverts to the Standard Affiliate level for future payouts.)
Payment Terms
Direct Referrals Only: Commissions are paid only on the members you personally refer.
Payout Schedule: All payments to members are calculated monthly based on successful, non-refunded transactions.
Payout Method: Payouts are processed on the 15th of the month following the accrual period via our third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal/Stripe).
Platform Registration: You must register via GoAffPro and complete all required tax/banking forms to receive payment.
Taxes: Taxes on income earned through Peer Launch Pad are the sole responsibility of the member. You must report this income in compliance with your local tax laws.
3. No Guarantee of Success
While Peer Launch Pad provides the environment and tools to accelerate your ideas, financial success depends entirely on your individual effort, the quality of your marketing, and your ability to connect with potential members.
We do not offer any guarantees of income. Past performance of other affiliates is not indicative of your future success. Peer Launch Pad does not guarantee funding, investment, or partnership opportunities for ideas posted on the platform.
4. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current membership period.
Clawback Policy: If a referred member requests a chargeback or refund (if applicable under law), any commissions previously paid to you for that specific transaction may be deducted (clawed back) from your future earnings.
5. Compliance with Laws & FTC Guidelines
Peer Launch Pad complies with all applicable laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding affiliate marketing and endorsements.
Affiliate Disclosure Requirement: As an affiliate, you are required by law to disclose your relationship with Peer Launch Pad when sharing your referral link.
You must clearly state that you earn a commission if someone signs up using your link.
Use clear labels such as #Ad, #Sponsored, or “I earn a commission from this link” in your social media posts.
Failure to disclose this relationship is a violation of our Terms of Service and federal regulations, and may result in account termination.
6. Restricted Activities & Zero Tolerance
Members must not use Peer Launch Pad to promote:
Illegal activities.
Fraudulent schemes.
Spam or unsolicited marketing (violation of CAN-SPAM or TCPA).
Harassment or hate speech.
Violations may result in the immediate termination of your membership and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
7. Consent and Acknowledgment
By joining Peer Launch Pad, you acknowledge that you have read these disclosures in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You understand that your commission rate ($2.50 vs $5.00) is dictated by your specific account type and active subscription status.
